The Benefits of Kindness

Join us in celebrating World Kindness Day!

Kindness is more than just a nice thing to do. It plays a crucial role in our wellbeing. Research shows that kindness improves our physical and mental health by releasing chemicals such as serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin in our bodies, lifting our mood and reducing blood pressure. Showing kindness to others, receiving kindness, engaging in acts of self-kindness and even just witnessing kindness have been shown to increase happiness and life satisfaction. How wonderful is that?

We invite you to join us in celebrating World Kindness Day by clicking on the PDF below and trying out some simple kindness activities.
